These terms are the agreement between you and Phorma Labs Pty Ltd ("we", "us") about Sealed Fates. By playing the game you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

The game is in testing

Sealed Fates is in a test phase. Things will change and sometimes break. We may change cards, rules, rewards and prices, and if a bug or an exploit makes it necessary, we may adjust balances or progress. We'll warn you first when we can.

Who can play

• You must be 13 or older. Typed chat is only for players aged 16 or older.
• If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

Your account

• One account per person. Don't sell, share or trade accounts.
• A guest account lives on your device. If you clear the game's storage or lose the device without signing in with Google, you can't get it back.
• Keep your Google account secure. Anything done in the game through your account counts as done by you.

Play fair, be decent

• No cheating, bots, exploits, modified game files, or attacks on our servers.
• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or personal information about other people in names or chat. The chat rules in the game apply to typed chat.
• If you break these terms, we may change your name, mute or pause your chat, take back items gained unfairly, or suspend or close your account.

Cards, currencies and other items

• Cards, Gold, Shards, Crystals, card backs and other items in the game give you a licence to use them in the game. They aren't your property, have no cash value, and can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money outside the game.
• We may change, rebalance or retire items, for example to fix the game's balance.
• Card packs contain random cards. The odds, the pity timer and the guarantees are shown in the game before you open a pack.
• Nothing is sold for real money yet. When something is, Google Play handles the payment under its own terms. If a purchase is refunded, what it bought is taken back.

Our content

The game, its art, sounds, names and code belong to Phorma Labs or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own play.

Stopping

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end the test, or the game, and will give notice in the game where we can.

Our responsibility

The game is provided as it is while it's in testing. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections your own country's laws give you.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the game if the change matters to you. Playing after a change means you accept it.
